"I was a bit disappointed with this toy..."
I was a bit disappointed with this toy. It seemed fun at first, but the battery dies way too fast, so my kid barely gets to enjoy it before it needs charging or new batteries. Overall, it’s okay, but the battery life is definitely not great.

"Return took longer than I expected"
I did get my refund in the end, so I guess it worked out, but the whole return process felt a bit slow. Maybe I was just being impatient, but the replies took longer than I expected and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a while.

"Fit smaller than expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way smaller than I expected. The return process was kind of a hassle, and when I emailed about it, the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of an actual person. I really wish the size chart had been more accurate

"Decent shop, but a few things seemed out of stock"
I had a okay experience overall. The site was simple enough to browse, but a couple of the things I wanted looked like they were out of stock, which was a bit frustrating since they still came up while I was looking around. I’m not sure if I just happened to catch it at a bad time or if that’s common, so I can’t really say for sure. I did end up finding something else, just not my first pick. I’d probably check back another time, but I do wish the stock info was a little clearer.
"Save yourself the awkwardness, packaging isn’t discreet"
Just a heads up to save you the hassle: the packaging was not discreet at all. The box had the shop name right on it, and of course it got handed to my flatmate, which was seriously awkward. I chose discreet delivery for a reason, so I’m really disappointed.

"Not really worth the hassle"
Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but my experience with Lovecrafts Ex Shop really wasn’t great. The whole process felt a bit disorganized and more stressful than I expected, which was disappointing because I figured it would be straightforward.
I ended up looking around to see if other people had similar issues, and it made me feel like I’m probably not the only one. I wouldn’t use this shop again personally, especially when there seem to be better-rated options out there.

"Didn’t last very long"
It started falling apart quick, which was disappointing. I mean, maybe I just got a bad one, but I was hoping it would hold up longer.

I was hoping the rewards would add up to something more, but the points barely made a difference. The loyalty perks were kinda underwhelming, so it didn’t really feel worth sticking with.

I ordered from lovecraftsexshop.com, and the material details just didn’t feel clear enough for me. I’m careful about products like this because a friend of mine had a bad reaction once, so I really like knowing exactly what’s body-safe before using anything. Maybe the product is totally fine, but I didn’t feel comfortable guessing.

I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting the privacy here. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me, if a service is handling personal info, it needs to be really clear and reassuring. This didn’t give me that confidence.

"Not totally sold yet"
I was just browsing the site and haven’t bought anything yet, but I had mixed feelings. Some of the products look nice, and I was interested enough to keep clicking around, but the descriptions didn’t give me much to go on. I wanted clearer info about things like materials and sizing, and without that, it’s hard to feel confident about what I’d actually be getting.

"Checkout worked, but it could be smoother"
My payment did go through without any real issue, so I want to be fair and say the checkout did what it needed to do. That said, the pages were loading slowly, and the discount code box threw me off for a minute. Not a terrible experience, just a bit clunkier than I expected.

"Bad first impression with the wrong items"
This was my first time ordering from them, it started off badly. My order showed up with the wrong stuff in it, two items weren’t what I picked at all, and one of the sizes didn’t match what was listed when I placed the order.
I went back and checked my confirmation email just to make sure I wasn’t losing it, but it clearly showed the items and sizes I actually ordered. So I’m not really sure where things got mixed up, but it was definitely on their end.
It’s just annoying to have to spend time fixing something that should’ve been handled correctly the first time, especially on a first order. Not a great impression, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again

"Photos did not match what I got"
I ordered this expecting it to look like the pictures, but what showed up was totally different. The listing made it seem like I was getting one thing, and the reality was not even close. Frustrating when the photos promise something the actual item does not deliver.

"Customer service was honestly disappointing"
I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, but my experience with lovecraftsexshop.com was frustrating. I emailed customer service about my order and waited way too long for a reply. When they finally got back to me, the response was short and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I ended up having to chase them more than once, and it felt like nobody was that bothered. Maybe their products are okay, I’m not saying everything about the site is bad, but the support really put me off. I wouldn’t order from them again after that.

"It’s just okay overall"
It feels decent enough, but the stitching was just a little rough in spots, and the packaging arrived a bit squashed. Not terrible, but just not as polished as I was hoping.

The shop itself works fine, but the product range was limited. I went in thinking there’d be way more options and sizes, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be better than it was. I did find a few things, but nothing really stood out or felt exciting.

I saw a discount promo on the site and figured I’d place an order, but when I got to checkout the code just wouldn’t apply. I tried it more than once and there wasn’t any clear explanation for why it wasn’t working. It felt misleading, honestly. I also reached out about it, but the response made it feel like nobody actually read what I wrote. I probably would’ve ordered if the offer had worked, but I ended up giving up

"Site was a pain to shop on"
I tried using the website for a bit, but it got annoying fast. It was slow, the layout felt kind of all over the place, and the filters, actually, those were probably the most frustrating part, didn’t seem to work right for me. On my phone, some pages kept jumping around while I was trying to scroll, which made it even harder to browse. Then checkout was confusing too, so I just gave up after a while. Not really a great shopping experience
